# About Upload Files

Why I got this error when try to upload files?  
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see [libcurl - Error Codes](https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)) for [https://api.eu.amity.co/api/v4/files](https://api.eu.amity.co/api/v4/files)
