Hi
Something might be broken here. Yesterday, the live collection callback is working fine. The callback is being triggered once a message is received. However today, the callback is not getting triggered. I have to re-login just to get the messages.

Hello @EmmanKusumi, to further investigate this, could you please share your **SDK/platform, SDK version, and any error logs or screenshots** you’re experiencing? Thank you.

SDK platform is iOS and TS. SDK Version is 6.41.0, Server Region is Singapore
No errors. It’s just the callback for the getChannels live collection is not getting triggered when a new message is received.

It seems to be happening only on the SG server. I tested the EU server and it works fine.
