# RPCRateLimitError

Hi, we are getting the error `400311` which correspond to `RPCRateLimitError`, why is that and how can we solve it?

Hello @Referi , From your issue, we found that the API/function call limit has been exceeded. Our API/function is subject to a limit of 10 calls per second per user. We would like you to check if there’s anything stuck in a loop.
