# Unread Count on sender

Hello, sometimes I am getting an error that the sender sees the unread message count as well, it is very rare and so have not been able to debug it, is there anyone who faced this type of issue before and was able to resolve this. I would be very thankful.

version is: @amityco/ts-sdk": “^6.14.1”

I do not have a video right now, trying to recreate it, but as you can see from the screenshot, the chat head head the message is from our side, but still unread count is shown.
