Broadcast Image Message Failed in the amity console

Hello @huykaiser273 may I confirm what is your server region? and is it reproducible every time?

Server region is EU. Everytime i upload the image done and click ‘broadcast’ then receive the message like above. Otherwise, it happens also in the channel in my project. When i successfully sent image message, but the server didnt save it and it also didnt display in the amity console. I reloaded the page, then its gone.
