Facing issues while loggining to the amity store account

Hii Sir/Ma’am,

i have successfully configured the amity ui sdk kit in my project.but when i login to the amity sdk console i am facing issues while login. i request to kindly assist me. i am facing this error ,i request to kindly assist me on this. i am sharing the error below.

Hii sir,
i am sharing you a link there you can see that when i try to login in the chat sdk apk is screen getting blank and shared you error on the above message. please find the video link.
Kindly help me in fixing this issue on priority as we are getting delay to live our project. :pray: :pray:
