Video Streaming Delete

Hi,

I am working with the streaming video management (posting with video streaming, messaging with video streaming)
Can you let me know how to remove the streaming video completely?
I tried to remove the video streaming. But after remove the streaming, if user have streaming id, they can access the streaming video again.
Can you let me know how to remove the streaming video record and source files?
