[AmityUIKitClient] Blank Avatar Placeholder

Users that don’t have an avatar yet, have a blank white circle placeholder, where is looks weird in, for example, AmityGlobalFeedsFragment if the background is white. It looks like a big white space is present before a user’s name.

Looks like the UI SDK doesn’t expose a method to override the default blank avatar placeholder. Can this be added, or is there a workaround for now?

Yes, you’re able to override the default avatar (blank image) by overriding this resource in your xml →
amity_ic_user
amity_ic_default_profile_large

These two resources are essentially the same drawable.
